Professional Learning Exchange through Educational Administration Practicum
Prasartvidhyanonthaburi School had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Anyamanee Settanarongthong, a master’s degree student in the Master of Education Program in Early Childhood and Primary Education Management, Faculty of Education, from Suan Dusit University. She completed her professional practicum in educational administration at the school from 16–20 February 2026.
This practicum was carried out with dedication and enthusiasm by the student, school administrators, and heads of departments, who collaboratively shared knowledge and administrative experiences across all dimensions of school management. The experience provided valuable insights that the student can further apply within her own professional context.
The practicum covered key areas, including:
• Administrative structure and organizational culture
• Roles and leadership of school administrators
• Educational policy formulation and strategic development planning
• Implementation of plans and performance monitoring
• Budget and human resource management
• Academic administration and educational quality assurance
• Facilities and environmental management to support a learning ecosystem
• Safety, hygiene, and communicable disease prevention management
• Student support systems addressing behavior, learning, and mental well-being
• Co-curricular activities and the development of a School as Learning Community (SLC/PLC)
• Partnership management with parents, community members, and external stakeholders
The program was further enriched by academic supervision from the program advisor, conducted both onsite and online, to strengthen professional learning for both the student and the school.
This initiative reflects a strong partnership between the school and the university in cultivating future educational leaders and sustainably enhancing the quality of school administration.
