วันที่ 1–2 เมษายน 2568 คณะครูโรงเรียนประสาทวิทยานนทบุรี ได้รับเกียรติจากอาจารย์สืบศักดิ์ น้อยดัด และดร.บรรเจอดพร สู่แสนสุข ผู้อำนวยการสำนักการศึกษาแบบองค์รวมสถาบันอาศรมศิลป์ เป็นวิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ร่วมพัฒนาศักยภาพครูผู้สอน ให้เป็นครูโค้ช ที่เป็นผู้ที่สามารถเป็น Learning Space Designer, Learning Designer, และเป็นผู้ที่มี Visible Learning การอบรมครั้งนี้เน้นย้ำถึงบทบาทสำคัญของคุณครู ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพการประเมินอย่างใคร่ครวญและเข้าใจผู้เรียนอย่างแท้จริง ถ่ายทอดผ่าน “สารนิทัศน์” ซึ่งไม่ใช่เป็นเพียงแค่การเก็บข้อมูล แต่คือ การเล่าเรื่องราวการเรียนรู้ การเติบโต และศักยภาพของผู้เรียนในแต่ละช่วงเวลา
จากการสังเกต สู่ความเข้าใจ และนำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีคุณค่า เพราะเราเชื่อว่า ทุกผลงานของนักเรียนคือร่องรอยของการเติบโต และคุณครูคือผู้ร่วมสร้างและสื่อสารการเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น ผ่าน Documentation ที่มีชีวิต มีพลัง และมีความหมาย
Student and Work Analysis through Reflective Assessment Towards the Creation of Documentation
On April 1–2, 2025, the teachers of Prasartvidhyanonthaburi School had the honor of learning from Mr. Suebsak Noidad and Dr. Bunchaodporn Suasansuk, Director of the Holistic Education Office at Arsom Silp Institute. They served as guest speakers sharing their knowledge and experience to enhance the capacity of teachers to become coaches—those who can act as Learning Space Designers, Learning Designers, and practitioners of Visible Learning.
This training emphasized the crucial role of teachers in developing reflective assessment skills and gaining a genuine understanding of learners. This was conveyed through the use of “Documentation,” which is more than just data collection; it is a narration of the learner’s journey, growth, and potential over time.
From observation to understanding, leading to meaningful transformation—because we believe that every student’s work is a trace of growth, and teachers are co-creators and communicators of that transformation through documentation that is alive, powerful, and meaningful.
